October 5th - 6th – The DONGARA RODEO & TOURQUOISE COAST TOUR is a Double Barrel Entertainment Event!

This is your Ultimate ticket to a premium Rodeo event with a personalized tour along our turquoise coast, we begin with a morning pick from your Perth CBD Accommodation on Saturday 5th October with full commentary and insight into West Australian history, culture, social scene and lifestyle as we make our way to the Yanchep National Park to spot Koala's & Western Grey Kangaroo's.

You will be taken on a scenic country drive North, exploring our in-season blooming wildflowers, with an abundance of yellow wattles, orchids, banksias, kangaroo paw & colorful everlastings.

A picturesque country drive along the turquoise coast offers stunning Indian Ocean Views, as we make our way 3 1/2 hours North to the Coastal Town of Dongara. This will be your opportunity to purchase some lunch & stock up on extra Rodeo supply's whilst you explore the towns seaside boutique country shops.

You will then enjoy an action-packed afternoon of electrifying Country Rodeo entertainment, as the best of WA’s Cowboys & Cowgirls showcase their talent bravery riding bucking broncos, skillful roping events, adrenaline pumping steer wrestling, competitive barrel racing and of course raging bull riding.

An array of local tastes awaits you with a selection of food stalls & trucks on offer, the buzzing atmosphere of the country bar and of course Live Music from local artists T-Bone Uncut, Scarlets Way & Bradley Hall will have you parting into the night.

experience, for a truly memorable stay. 

The morning of Sunday the 6th you will have ample opportunity to purchase a morning coffee and Breakfast before we make our journey south on a turquoise coast Adventure, taking in the iconic Nambung National Park Pinnacle Desert, with the opportunity for you to enjoy a beautiful seafood lunch at the Lobster shack Cervantes. Coastal Wildflowers lead us to the small but very Adventurous town of Lancelin, where you have the opportunity to try your hand at Sandboarding on our pristine crisp white sand dunes.

• Camping area is BYO - strictly no glass

• Pillow, Please Note when you choose our upgrade option to our glamping package pillows are supplied.

• As space is limited, for comfort of travelers please pack light in a soft 15kg limit bag
• Cash in case EFTPOS facilities go down
• If you have dietary requirements, that you feel will not be adequately supplied for your purchase, it is advisable to bring your selection of food, this request must be advised at time of booking and can be discussed directly tours@ocean2outbackadventures.com.au

Please Note

This overnight Outback Adventure does not include meals, adequate opportunity is scheduled in Dongara for food, snacks & extra supplies to be purchased.

A Variety of Food trucks and market stalls are available at the Rodeo Grounds. 

EFTPOS facilities are available at the bar & for some of the food vans, market stalls etc. However, we suggest you bring cash with you as the machines can drop out occasionally. 

The rodeo arena is a fully licensed venue so no BYO. You’re more than welcome to have a few quiet ones at our campsite, but please, for everyone’s safety, no glass in the campgrounds.

The camping experience is rustic paddock camping, toilets are available with no shower facilities. 

It is advisable to bring extra warm clothing for sleeping & your welcome to bring any items that will make your camp experience more comfortable. 

Ocean2Outback will supply shared Esky space for items you want to keep cold.
